After obtaining a Master in International Commerce of Wines and Spirits (ESC Dijon, Burgundy) and acquiring hands-on winemaking experience abroad in Argentina, Chile, California and South Africa, it was my desire to become an independent winemaker. It is 4 jobs in 1: winegrower, oenologist, businessman and manager.

In addition, I give a course on wine (tasting, viticulture & winemaking and wine regions) at an international school of gastronomy (Chef & Wine, Cap d’Agde). I often hold shorter courses on our estate as well.
