Varieties

We mainly grow traditional black grapes of the Languedoc region:

• Syrah
• Carignan
• Grenache
• Cinsault

but also:

• Merlot
• Cabernet Sauvignon
• Alicante Bouschet

and in recent years we planted white grape varieties such as:

• Vermentino (2010)
• Grenache Blanc (2011)

In 2018, we grafted a small block with a few different varieties, supplied with massal selections from some great well known producers:

• Carignan Blanc
• Rivairenc Blanc
• Clairette Grise
• Muscat à Petits Grains
• Roussanne
• Bourboulenc

In 2019, it’s some Chenin Blanc that we grafted, maybe the best white variety in the world? Let’s see what we can do with it, on our terroir and with our “touch”!

Other varieties will be planted or grafted in the coming years. Here are some of the ones we plan on bringing to our vineyards:

• Oeillade
• and some more Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino
